Karen England has practiced law in Minnesota since 2001, representing clients in family law, divorce, child custody, and estate planning matters. She has litigated thousands of family law cases, earning a reputation for thorough preparation, level-headed counsel, and skilled negotiation.
Karen is also a qualified Mediator, Arbitrator, Parenting Time Expeditor, and Custody Evaluator, offering alternatives to litigation for clients seeking more peaceful and cost-effective resolutions. Her unique blend of litigation skills and resolution focus allows her to adapt to each client’s goals—whether they’re navigating a contested divorce or collaboratively planning an estate.
Karen earned her doctorate degree from Hamline University School of Law. She is a proud alumna of Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota earning her Bachelor of Arts in Communications, Business Administration and Scandinavian Studies.
Karen combines legal depth with a commitment to small-town values: service, integrity, and trust. She is proud to serve Lake City, Wabasha, Red Wing and Winona, and the surrounding Southeastern Minnesota communities in Goodhue, Wabasha, Winona and Olmsted Counties.
